Currently, we only ship within the UK. We are working on expanding our delivery options in the future.
2. How long will my order take to arrive?
- Standard Delivery: 2–4 working days
- Express Delivery: 1–2 working days
- Delivery times may vary slightly during busy periods such as Christmas or bank holidays.

- Local Collection available in Leicester (by appointment)
4. How can I track my order?
If tracking is available for your order, you’ll receive an email with tracking details once your parcel has been dispatched.
5. Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes, if your order hasn’t been dispatched yet. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Once dispatched, you will need to follow our returns process.
6. What is your returns policy?
You can return unused and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. Please note: return postage is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

8. How long will it take to get my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 3–5 working days back to your original payment method.

Highco is currently not VAT registered, so no VAT is charged on purchases.
