✅ Return Eligibility

  • You can return items within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and include all original packaging.

  • Return shipping – Customer will pay return shipping cost.

  • No restocking fees – you’ll receive a full refund for eligible returns.

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items returned damaged, used, or without original packaging may not qualify for a refund.

  • For hygiene reasons, certain personal care items (e.g. earbuds) must be unopened.


🛠️ Faulty or Incorrect Items

Received something damaged or not what you ordered?

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Include your order number and photos of the issue.

  3. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund.


💳 Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the return.

  • Processing time: 3–5 working days after approval.
